Skye Park reserves the right to not refund or accept return on bespoke made items. This includes but is not limited to: any alteration to standard fittings, extra drop, and change of leg straps, different lining, different tail flap, Gussets, satin shoulders, scrunchy neck, colour alterations, Rugs 6'9’ & over, any item which has personalisation, logos or lettering.

Skye Park reserves the right to not refund or accept return on tailor made items which results in any change of sizing.

Skye Park warranties our products against manufacturing and material faults, this does not include damage caused by the horse or outside influence.

Skye Park will not be responsible for lost items where we are instructed to leave goods without signature.

Standard rugs are exchangeable provided they are returned in ‘as new’ condition with no marks, damage, hair or dirt. Rugs not returned in this condition will incur a 20% restocking fee should we choose to accept them.

Return or exchange on Clearance or seconds/sale/clearance items is at the discretion of Skye Park and may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Postage/freight for exchanges and returns where item is not faulty shall be at the expense of the customer.

Skye Park reserves the right to refuse any order and refund customer 100% at our discretion.
