NO, not at all.   So, how do you stop wither sores on these shark fin wither horses, simple, the edge, or binding of the rug should never sit on top of the wither always in front. If you do this there is no need for wither relief pads, balloon wither in rugs etc. So if you have a wither sore the answer isn't a bigger neck line it is usually a smaller neckline. Gussets in your cottons and under rugs will cause issues. Always check when you take your top rugs off that your under rugs/bibs are still sitting in front of the wither and have not stretched back on top of it.
