Which Unlined Rug?

Oxford

Blue 12oz Ripstop canvas.  This is our budget range of canvas, but still excellent quality that is tough and should give you many years of service, this is not reflected in the price because it is available via our retail outlets, so while it is a bit more expensive you can simply pop into your local Stockist and grab one from the shelf.  It comes Standard with a rope reinforced neck, Shoulder Gussets, Neck Rug Dees, Webbing leg straps with trigger snaps, wither fleece, standard tail flap and NO hip dart.

Cloudburst/Celsius

8oz Light coloured showerproof poly cotton canvas. We sell this rug as showerproof but it is actually extremely waterproof it is lighter weight so softens up nicely after a few wears.  Its main drawback is the lack of Ripstop in the weave which means that it is not as strong as a standard unlined canvas.  This is a fully bound rug which come standard with a reinforced neck, Webbing leg straps with trigger snaps, No wither fleece, No hip dart.

Sahara

Cool Beige 12oz Poly/Cotton Ripstop, a little more tightly woven than the Oxford so gives a little more durability so will remain stiffer for longer.  It comes standard with a rope reinforced neckline, Shoulder Gussets, Standard Tail Flap, Neck Rug dees, wither fleece, with a hip dart so the rug will hug around the rump better. Can be optioned with the larger Tent tail Flap

Ultimate/Premier

The ultimate and Premier range of rugs are a full 12oz Corespun Ripstop material, available in different colours.  So that means that every thread in both the warp and weft are Corespun, so the ultimate in strength and because every thread ‘puffs’ it gives the best waterproofing.  Being the top of the range these rugs come with higher end fittings depending on the rug you choose.

Murray

Cool Beige 12oz Ripstop Corespun canvas. This canvas offers more durability against damage due to the addition of a Corespun thread in the Ripstop of the canvas. If you look at it closely you can see the Ripstop lines, every 5mm of so, each of these threads has the Corespun in it.  It is slightly more waterproof because the cotton is wrapped around the polyester core it will ‘puff’ around it and so expand to fill the warp and weft.  The Murray comes standard the same as the Sahara.
