Which Summer Sheet is coolest?

Flag/Flag Ice

100% polyester, 165gsm and the coolest rug in the Skye Park range. Light and airy fabric (think a flag flapping in the breeze) Allows maximum airflow.  Will protect your horse from harsh summer sun and annoying insects.  Should your horse get caught in summer rain, the rug will dry out extremely quickly as soon as the rain stops, so the horse is not standing around in wet clothes. Because of the open weave of the fabric, it rarely creates static.

Summer Ripstop

65/35 Cotton/Poly Blend 300gsm ripstop fabric, giving excellent breathability and sweat absorption.  A great all round summer sheet that can also be used as an under rug during winter.
Blueline has satin in mane area and is available through retail outlets
Summer Skye has Taffeta in mane area and available direct from Skye Park only

Airmax

PVC mesh fabric(same as fly mask material but lighter coloured to reflect the heat)  Very cool and suited to areas of very high rainfall due to being PVC, rain will get through onto the horse, but rug will not actually get wet. Not as cool as flag but stronger. Only available a combo.

Softer, higher percentage cotton makes this a lovely summer sheet.

Supreme

10 oz unproof canvas, made as a heavy weight summer sheet, with stronger fittings and rope reinforced neckline. Gives slight water resistance.

Summer Breeze

80/20 Cotton/Poly Blend 6oz ripstop fabric, giving excellent breathability and sweat absorption.  A great all round summer sheet that can also be used as an under rug during winter.
