They are strong, they stay in place and provide some UV protection for the face and eyes. Black for maximum visibility. All our customers agree - this is the best fitting fly mask available.
Skye Park Rugs has done extensive testing to find that the black poly-mesh is the safest product to use due to it's high visibility and UV qualities for the horse's comfort.
The fly mask is also available with a nose protector and can be bound in lambswool around the brow and nose. Nose protectors sold separately if required and available with Velcro fittings.
